Drita Hotel - Kargicak (Alanya)

the rooms were very clean and the room service was excellent. the staff were friendly and the breakfast had a variety of options. the hotel had facilities such as a garden and a beach area that were well-maintained. the view of the mountains from the room was breathtaking.

The entertainment at the hotel was lacking and there was only one person on the animation team.

Our stay was great as usual. There are rooms for a family. Thanks to everyone, especially bar staff.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kargicak. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spotless. The staff were polite and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was the delicious food offered in the restaurant. There was a great variety of dishes and the homemade bread and soups were a real treat. the pool area was well-maintained with comfortable lounges and clear water. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could have been better. The hotel lacked evening entertainment, which was somewhat disappointing.

Beach and Animation Team the beach was close to the hotel and had a beautiful view. the animation team was great and kept us entertained throughout the day. the New Year party was well-organized and enjoyable.

Language Barriers and Food Quality the language barrier was a big problem, with most staff members struggling to understand English. the food quality was quite poor, with limited choices and tasteless dishes.

Luxurious Amenities and Impeccable Service This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness centre was phenomenal, offering everything from a sauna, Turkish bath, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful garden area. the staff were incredibly accommodating, making me feel like a VIP. the restaurant was top-notch, serving a delectable buffet breakfast with a range of options to choose from. the private facilities were spacious and well-maintained, offering a truly luxurious experience. the location advantages were also notable, with direct beach access and easy access to nearby attractions.

While the staff tried to make an effort, the performances fell slightly short of my expectations.
